• Work with you to identify KPIs, revenue drivers and profitability by product or service area

• Work up annual budgets considering your business fundamentals

• Periodic management accounts and custom reporting with analyses of variances and providing updated forecasts

• Cash flow forecasting and monitoring to ensure adequate working capital is maintained and additional short term cash needs are anticipated and managed

• Participate in monthly/quarterly/six monthly management meetings to review progress and flex plans
